Cassandra Mann is the owner and founder of 4th Dimension Wraps & Graphics, where she has built a purpose-driven business that blends creative excellence with social impact. Under her leadership, 4th Dimension was named 2025 Best of Mile High Vinyl Wrap Shop and nominated for Business of the Year by the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce.
Cassandra has grown 4th Dimension from a small start-up to a trusted name in commercial graphics and vehicle wraps. She developed an in-house design, production and installation process that delivers speed and quality while championing sustainability. Her shop was selected by Avery Dennison to pilot PVC-free vinyl materials and will appear in national campaigns highlighting their eco-friendly work. She partners with the Colorado Green Business Network and Sustainable Business Partnerships and is launching North America’s first backing paper recycling program based on European models.
She also serves as a host business for Colorado State University’s MBA Impact program, employing a fellow to create sustainable standards with EPA and donor funding.
Beyond her business, Cassandra transforms lives through a hiring and mentorship model that supports people in recovery and those reentering the workforce. Her team serves major clients like Sturgeon Electric, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment and local public safety departments. She sits on the Greater Englewood Chamber board and was nominated as Chamber Member of the Year.
Her volunteer work spans local nonprofits, schools and veteran organizations. Cassandra’s leadership, community commitment and drive to lift others through opportunity and sustainability set her apart as a true force for good.
