DENVER — Colorado Companies to Watch announced its 2026 class of 50 second-stage businesses and three nonprofit organizations, recognizing organizations for growth, job creation and community impact across the state.
The announcement coincided with a proclamation from Jared Polis designating June 19, 2026, as Colorado Companies to Watch Day. The winners were scheduled to be honored June 19 at the Colorado Companies to Watch Awards Gala at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum.
According to the organization, the 50 companies were founded between 1966 and 2024 and collectively project more than $628 million in revenue and 2,400 employees in 2026. The companies represent industries including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, construction, logistics, professional services, hospitality and consumer products.
“Today’s winners embody the entrepreneurial spirit that defines Colorado,” said Erin Beckstein, chair of Colorado Companies to Watch and founder and CEO of Thrive Services. “They are innovators, job creators, problem solvers, and community builders.”
The event also marked the launch of Colorado Nonprofits to Know, a new recognition program honoring nonprofit organizations for leadership, operations and community impact.
The three nonprofit honorees collectively serve more than 6,100 people annually, engage 1,018 volunteers, generate more than $60 million in annual revenue and employ more than 445 full-time staff members, according to the organization.
“The organizations we recognize today are building something bigger than successful businesses and nonprofits,” said Michael Fleschner, vice chair of Colorado Companies to Watch and managing director of GLC Advisors & Co. “They are building stronger communities, creating opportunities for others, and helping shape Colorado’s future.”
Colorado Companies to Watch said it has recognized hundreds of growth-stage organizations since its founding and continues to support business leaders through statewide networking, leadership development and growth programs.
