Family owned and operated Great Guys Heating Cooling and Electrical prides itself on servicing customers with factual and transparent data so they can make decisions suitable for their properties and budgets. Founded in 2018, Great Guys repairs and replaces heating, cooling and electrical equipment, and services residential and commercial properties.
“While working for separate HVAC contractors, we recognized an opportunity to provide what we were already doing in a way that met our passion to serve,” said CEO Marcus Fauth, who founded the company with his daughter Maddy Fauth. “We wanted to build a company that the employees love to work at while bridging the education gap between contractor and homeowner.”
The business implemented online booking, even though Marcus Fauth said he prefers to speak to a real person on the phone when conducting business, but realized not all clients feel the same way. Fauth added that a real person answers the phone when the office is closed. When inflation and a mild summer slowed those bookings last year, Great Guys adjusted its goals, projects and vendor alignments and increased spending on marketing. Today the business is growing again. “Take care of the customer and the money will come,” he said.
