Denver’s Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) have joined forces to create the Denver BID Council, a collaborative organization designed to strengthen support for local businesses.

“In every survey, poll and outreach effort the city and our BIDs do, one message comes through loud and clear — our community deeply values local businesses,” Frank Locantore, executive director of the Colfax Ave BID and chair of the Denver BID Council, said in a statement.
“We’re excited to work closely with the city to strengthen the collaboration of BIDs and the city to support our economy and communities.”
To foster stronger collaboration with the city, the Denver BID Council is launching Revive + Thrive, a one-day summit on Aug. 22 that will bring together BID leaders, elected officials city staff and community partners.
Attendees will discuss shared challenges and explore new opportunities for innovation in Denver’s commercial districts.
Revive + Thrive will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 22 at the Downtown Denver Partnership Building, 1515 Arapahoe St. To register, visit https://bit.ly/revive-and-thrive-denver.
