Denver-based Elevate ranks no. 13 on Inc. 5000

Denver-based Elevate ranked No. 13 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies after reporting revenue growth of more than 12,000% over three years.
Inc. also ranked the benefits administration technology company No. 1 among Colorado businesses and No. 2 in the financial services category.
Elevate provides a cloud-based platform for administering health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts and health reimbursement arrangements. The company said its platform uses application programming interfaces, artificial intelligence and automation to replace manual benefits administration systems.
“Elevate’s growth is the result of solving real challenges for employers and employees,” co-founder and CEO Brian Cosgray said.
Elevate reported that benefits administrators using its platform recorded 43% growth in benefits accounts, 64% fewer cases per customer and a 30% reduction in service costs per customer. The company plans to continue investing in artificial intelligence and automation.
The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 recorded median three-year revenue growth of 130% and collectively added more than 627,000 jobs during that period, according to Inc.
