DENVER — Boulder-based Kurtz Fargo LLP has been named one of Accounting Today’s 2026 Best Accounting Firms to Work For.
The recognition marks the second time the locally owned accounting firm has appeared on the national list. Kurtz Fargo was also selected in 2024.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences of our team,” managing partner and co-founder Matt Fargo said.
Accounting Today and Best Companies Group evaluate firms based on workplace policies, benefits, organizational culture and employee responses to an anonymous survey. The 2026 list includes 100 firms.
Eligible firms must have a U.S. office, employ at least 15 people in the country and have operated for at least one year.
Founded in 2010, Kurtz Fargo provides assurance, tax and advisory services to emerging, small and midsize businesses.
