DENVER — The 2026 Denver Parade of Homes will feature 64 new model and custom homes across metro Denver and Grand County now through Aug. 23.
The self-guided tours will run from noon to 5 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver is hosting the event.
The parade includes homes from 27 builders, priced from $384,900 to $6 million. Eight homes priced at $1.4 million or more are designated as Dream Homes.
Six homes in Winter Park and Fraser will be included in the Parade in the Peaks. The event will also feature three homes in Aurora‘s Windler community.
A new Designer Challenge will allow visitors to compare two identical Koelbel townhomes at Montmere at Autrey Shores in Superior. Each home has been decorated by a different design team, and visitors can vote for their preferred design.
“This year’s parade includes the debut of the Designer Challenge and mountain homes in Grand County,” HBA CEO Ted Leighty said.
Tickets cost $12 and are available through the website. Admission is free for children 13 and younger. A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Home Builders Foundation, which completes home modifications for people with disabilities.
