Englewood office portfolio sells for $14 million

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $14 million sale of Three Maroon and Maroon Five, a two-building office portfolio in Englewood.
Aaron Johnson and Jon Hendrickson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Mark IV Capital, in the transaction. Knightbridge Capital purchased the properties.
Located at 9635 Maroon Circle and 9540 S. Maroon Circle, the portfolio totals 174,710 square feet on about 10 acres in Meridian International Business Park. The multi-tenant buildings were 86% occupied at the time of sale.
“By running a highly targeted, off-market process, we were able to capitalize on the portfolio’s strong in-place cash flow, 86% occupancy and meaningful mark-to-market upside, delivering a seamless transaction that maximized value,” Johnson said.
The office buildings include a fitness center, shared conference center and mountain views. The business park provides access to nearby restaurants, retail, hotels and the Meridian Golf Club.
