New leases bring Denver RiNo office tower to 63% occupancy

Schnitzer West has signed new tenants at The Current, bringing the to 63% leased, up from 38% earlier this year.

Performance Drone Works, an autonomous defense technology company entering the Denver market, leased about 30,000 square feet on the ninth floor.

Global Healthcare Exchange, a health care technology company relocating from Louisville, leased about 15,000 square feet on the sixth floor.

Vibe Coffee & Wine will open this fall in the building’s remaining retail space. The locally owned cafe and wine bar will join Dear Emilia, which opened earlier this year.

Schnitzer West is also planning 50,000 square feet of move-in-ready office suites in various sizes.

The Current is a 12-story, 240,000-square-foot office building at 36th Avenue and Delgany Street in Denver’s River North Art District.
