Livmark breaks ground on 457-unit apartment project in Fort Collins

Livmark Communities has broken ground on The Collins Apartments at Union Park, a 457-unit rental development in Fort Collins.
The project will include 233 one-bedroom, 160 two-bedroom and 64 three-bedroom apartments ranging from 605 to 1,460 square feet. The first units are expected to open in spring or summer 2027.
The all-electric development will include solar panels, electric vehicle charging, smart thermostats and energy-efficient features. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, fitness room, sauna, golf simulator, pool, hot tub, rooftop decks, bicycle storage and garages.
“As a local Northern Colorado company, we see Union Park as part of our long-term commitment to Fort Collins and the result of years of planning,” Livmark Managing Partner Chris Beabout said.
The Collins will be located near Ziegler and Harmony roads, with access to Front Range Village, Colorado State University, Interstate 25 and the Harmony Road employment corridor.
