DENVER — Greystar has opened The Parson, a 309-unit apartment tower at 990 N. Cherokee St. in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood.
The high-rise includes 21 studios, 161 one-bedroom apartments, 95 two-bedroom apartments, nine three-bedroom apartments and 23 penthouses with two- or three-bedroom layouts. Units range from 547 to 3,260 square feet. The first residents began moving in during June.
Ziegler Cooper Architects designed the building, with interiors by ESG Architecture and Design. Units include engineered hardwood floors, quartz countertops and tile backsplashes.
“This building was designed to reflect the energy of the Golden Triangle,” said Kelly Kaine, Greystar’s director of development.
Building amenities include a fifth-floor pool and sundeck, a two-story fitness center, a sauna, an outdoor yoga area and workspaces with private offices. The property also has indoor and outdoor dog parks and a pet spa.
The Parson is near the Denver Art Museum, Clyfford Still Museum, History Colorado Center, Denver Public Library and Civic Center Park. It is now open for in-person tours.
