GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — has named its new chief executive officer as the company moves to accelerate growth across its national network of oil change and auto repair brands.

FullSpeed Automotive, which operates and franchises Grease Monkey, & Auto Service, and Kwik Kar, announced the appointment after a year of strong expansion. The company oversees 945 company-owned and franchised locations.

Maciak most recently served as CEO of Burt Brothers Tire & Service, where he nearly doubled the company’s footprint and delivered significant financial growth in less than two years. He previously spent 15 years with TBC Corporation in several senior roles. His positions included president and chief operating officer for more than 3,000 company-owned and franchised stores under the Tire Kingdom, NTB, Midas, and Big O Tires brands. He also served as executive vice president and general counsel and was a member of TBC’s Management Council, which set long-term strategy.

“FullSpeed has tremendous brand recognition, especially with its Grease Monkey, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service, and Kwik Kar locations,” Maciak said. “We will build on this solid foundation and lead the team to even greater heights by holding ourselves accountable and delivering honesty and value-added services. I look forward to working with our franchisees and store teams to achieve strong performance.”

Maciak is known for a people-first leadership approach and experience managing company-owned and franchised operations at scale. FullSpeed Automotive said he will focus on growth, franchisee collaboration, and consistent customer service across the system.

The appointment comes as FullSpeed Automotive seeks to expand its national presence while maintaining service quality across its stores.
