Heather K. Margolis

Heather K. Margolis is the president and CEO of Channel Maven, a Boulder-based advisory firm that helps technology companies strengthen partner ecosystems and marketing strategies. During more than 15 years as an entrepreneur, she has advised global brands including Microsoft, Cisco, AT&T, OpenText and Sophos while building a reputation as a leader in channel marketing, business strategy and ecosystem growth.
Margolis founded Channel Maven and later launched Spark Your Channel, a software platform designed to simplify partner marketing. Within two years, she secured seed funding, brought the platform to market and led the successful acquisition of both companies by 360insights. She then served as senior vice president of marketing before relaunching Channel Maven with an expanded focus on AI-powered partner activation and ecosystem strategy.
Over the past year, Margolis introduced Maven Edge AI, an AI-driven platform designed to help technology vendors and partners personalize marketing and improve business results. She also expanded Channel Maven’s client portfolio, leading strategic engagements with companies including Autodesk, PTC, 1Password, F5, Nebius and Spectralink while becoming a sought-after speaker on artificial intelligence, partner ecosystems and entrepreneurship.
Beyond business, Margolis has dedicated years to mentoring women in technology and entrepreneurship. She served as vice chair and later chair of the Women’s Leadership Council at Baptie and is active with the Alliance of Channel Women. She also mentors students through the University of Colorado Boulder Sales and Marketing Mentor Program and volunteers with organizations including There With Care, EFAA, the Boulder JCC, Hillside School and Center for Dyslexia and Foothill Elementary.
