Laura Graves and Laura Pringle are the co-founders of moxYcello, a Colorado craft beverage company creating handcrafted, full-strength liqueurs designed to bring bold flavors to the cocktail market. Founded in 2020 and launched commercially in 2023, moxYcello has grown from its first Ginger flavor into a portfolio of five 80-proof artisanal liqueurs served at restaurants, bars and liquor stores across Colorado.

Under Graves and Pringle’s leadership, moxYcello has expanded its presence through its Littleton Tasting Room, partnerships with local hospitality businesses and continued product innovation. The company recorded 43% sales growth in 2025 and its Ginger liqueur earned a gold medal with 93 points at the 2026 Denver International Spirits Competition. moxYcello was also recognized as a finalist in the South Metro Denver Chamber Annual Business Awards.

Graves and Pringle have built a brand focused on creativity, community and connection. Through fundraising events, charity partnerships and community tastings, moxYcello supports organizations including the American Heart Association, Girls Scouts of Colorado, Foothills Animal Shelter, LifeSpark Cancer Resources and Morgan Adams Foundation. Their commitment to giving back reflects the company’s focus on strengthening the communities it serves.

With more than 4,300 bottles sold and thousands of cocktails served at its Tasting Room, moxYcello continues to grow as a Colorado craft spirit brand. Graves and Pringle’s entrepreneurial leadership has helped redefine the craft liqueur category while creating opportunities for local businesses, bartenders and consumers to experience new approaches to cocktails.
