New gated community planned for Colorado Springs
Sales to start in spring 2025

A new high-end home development is in the works for Colorado Springs near the intersection of Tutt Boulevard and Dublin Boulevard. Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE-TOL), the homebuilder based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, announced the project Tuesday.
Construction of the sales center and model homes for the development known as Foxtail Crossing will begin in November, the company said; sales will start in spring 2025.
Foxtail Crossing will be a gated community offering luxury single-family paired homes up to 2,067 square feet with an array of personalization options. The two-story homes will include three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, and two-car garages. Homes are expected to be priced from the $500,000s.
“Our newest Colorado Springs community will feature floor plans designed for today’s buyers and unrivaled personalization options,” said Eric Hunter, division president of Toll Brothers in Colorado Springs. “Foxtail Crossing will offer residents the best in luxury living in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area.”
Toll Brothers builds in more than 60 markets in 24 states.
