PARKER, Colo. — G-Que BBQ has broken ground on a restaurant near South Parker Road and E-470, with an opening planned for late 2026.
The Parker restaurant will be the Colorado-based company’s 11th location. It will offer dine-in, takeout and catering services, as well as a full bar, drive-thru pickup and advance ordering through the company’s app.
The menu will include barbecue, rotating weekly specials, sides and desserts.
“Parker has a strong sense of community and a lot of hometown pride, which makes it a natural fit for G-Que,” founder Jason Ganahl said.
Founded in 2015, G-Que operates six restaurants in Westminster, Lone Tree, Lakewood, Thornton, Timnath and Denver’s McGregor Square. It also has four stadium locations at Empower Field at Mile High, Coors Field, Folsom Field and Canvas Stadium.
