Glosshouz to open first franchise location in Denver

DENVER — Glosshouz plans to open its first franchise location at 357 S. Bannock St. in Denver later this year.
The spa and medical aesthetics center will be owned and operated by financial consultant and investor Nora Alkayali, who will serve as the franchise operating partner.
The Denver location will offer beauty, spa, medical aesthetics and wellness services, along with a membership program.
Founded in 2016, Glosshouz operates a flagship location in Centennial. The company said that the location generated average annual revenue of more than $2.5 million during the past four years.
“We have spent years developing the brand, systems, membership model, service mix and guest experience,” founder Loni Le Van-Etter said. “We now have a platform that can be successfully replicated with the right operating partners.”
The Denver opening is part of a broader plan to expand the company through franchise partnerships, the company said.
