Starting Monday, Aug. 19, FlyteCo Brewery on 38th Avenue in North Denver will become a private co-working space for parts of the day Monday through Friday.
“Rarely does a co-working space have ample free nearby parking, an expansive outdoor patio and take place in an aviation-themed brewery space right off Tennyson,” the company said in announcing the innovative space offering Wednesday.
FlyteCo’s pivot to a co-working site required at least one notable concession. The enterprise known as the “earliest open brewery in the state” — 7 a.m. every day — will lose that distinction, as it will open at 7:30 a.m. as a co-working space for members but be closed to the public during co-working hours.
The co-working space will transition back to the normal FlyteCo open-to-the-public brewery starting at 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday and at 11 a.m. on Friday. Co-working memberships, priced at $200 per month, will be limited to ensure members will have space for themselves and their guests. The co-working space will include WiFi and “affordable” on-site beverages.
FlyteCo Brewing opened in 2019 and added its early-morning bagel and coffee shop during COVID. The bagel shop will close with the introduction of the co-working space.
