Andrew Pidcock, 62, is a partner at Snell & Wilmer’s Denver office and founding member of the Phoenix-based firm’s Retail and Franchise Services Group. Over his more than 25 years in law, almost all with Snell & Wilmer, Pidcock has become one of the go-to attorneys for the franchising industry, by advising clients on leasing, licensing, and financing. He now manages legal affairs for many national and regional restaurants and retailers.

Pidcock said power in law pertains to perception and how it can be leveraged for a strategic advantage. It also relates to knowledge, he added. “You can never have too much information, but you can certainly have too little. Take the time to fully understand each client’s business and the unique facts and circumstances that brought them to you, then analyze and provide practical, common sense solutions and strategies to address them.”
