Of counsel and former president of Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C., Jon Goodman, 64, has practiced real estate law in Colorado for 40 years and worked with a who’s who of the state’s lenders, brokers, and builders in that time.

Recently, he has helped a number of clients navigate the 2024 National Association of Realtors antitrust settlement and provided his expertise on the subject to numerous media outlets. “I would like to think that I have played a significant role in efficiently helping the real estate brokerage industry navigate the changes wrought by the recent antitrust litigation,” said Goodman. “I’m not an antitrust lawyer, so, but I knew my clients would want help about that, and so I geared up and made some guesses, and it turned out pretty good for me.”

Goodman’s credo? “It’s not very original, but I’m a big believer in the seek-to-understand approach—period. It’s important to keep asking questions.”
