A shareholder at Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office, Kevin Kelley is known for his work with professional sports venues, helping clients with the development, operation, and upgrading of facilities, as well as a broad range of other commercial projects and deals.
Kelley’s work in sports spans the NFL, NBA, and MLB, and includes representing the Green Bay Packers on a lease negotiation at Lambeau Field, the City of San Antonio on the development of a new arena for the Spurs with a surrounding entertainment district, and the City of Anaheim on the sale of Angels Stadium to a private entity.
