Managing Partner Don Eby, 57, served in the U.S. Navy before launching his law career in 2012. He has since overseen Robinson & Henry’s footprint from one office in Castle Rock to eight in six cities along the Front Range.

“After some time in this business, you learn there are always two sides to every story, and what often starts off sounding like a very simple cut-and-dried scenario, you pretty quickly find out is not going to be as simple as it at first appeared,” Eby said of residential real estate law.

The firm’s real estate litigation practice has expanded since the pandemic, and Eby said it’s not uncommon to get upwards of 100 inquiries a week. “There’s so much variety in what we do. There’s always new and interesting and unique issues to be researched and litigated, so it’s never boring.”
