Blair Lichtenfels, 48, advises developers and investors on a wide range of projects throughout Colorado. A shareholder at Denver-based Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, Lichtenfels is an expert in public-private partnerships and has worked on numerous projects involving public financing mechanisms and urban renewal authorities, including the recent redevelopment of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center campus in Denver.
