The 37th annual Boulder Creek Festival will return to downtown Boulder during this Memorial Day weekend, running May 22-25 along Boulder Creek.
Organizers said the free four-day event drew about 150,000 visitors in 2025. The festival will feature more than 30 musical acts, a beer festival highlighting Colorado breweries, children’s activities, skateboarding events, food vendors and a marketplace with more than 200 artisans and local businesses.
Tickets are now on sale for the Creekside Beer Fest, featuring breweries such as Bootstrap Brewing, Fiction Beer Company and Avery Brewing Co. The beer festival will offer three sessions on Saturday and two on Sunday.
“There’s a moment every year at the Boulder Creek Festival when you look around and think — this is Boulder at its best,” Event Director Ryan Slater said in a statement.
The music lineup includes Steely Dead on Friday night, followed by performances from Magic Beans, Gasoline Lollipops and Wash Park Band over the weekend.
Other activities include the Creekside for Kids area with interactive games and performances, the Bash at the Banks Skate Jam presented by 303 Boards and the Street Wise Canvas Combat live art competition.
A new addition this year is the Street Wise Artist Village at the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse plaza, featuring more than 20 artists, live music and art demonstrations.
The festival stretches from Ninth Street to 14th Street between Canyon Boulevard and Arapahoe Avenue along Boulder Creek.
