Cherami Ball Costigan, 50, has been deeply involved in numerous litigations involving construction defects as it continues to be a hot-button issue across Colorado. After nearly 20 years focused on insurance work for real estate brokers at Balaban Levinson Costigan & Wasilik, she joined Robinson & Henry as a partner in 2024 “to broaden her horizons” as a litigator from insurance work into other areas, but she continues to work in real estate.

“It’s great to help somebody you know get ready to buy a property, with letters of intent and making sure those contractual provisions that they want are actually included in their agreements,” said Ball Costigan. “It’s wonderful to see people excited about real estate and helping them with that aspect, as opposed to always dealing with it at the end when something didn’t go right.”
