Denver-based architecture and engineering firm Galloway & Company acquired Anderson Wahlen & Associates on July 1.
The Salt Lake City-based land development consulting firm provides civil engineering, land surveying, land planning, development consulting, landscape architecture and construction support. Founded in 1958, the company serves commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial projects across the Western U.S.
Galloway said the acquisition expands the firm’s services and markets.
“We are bringing together organizations with strong cultural alignment, complementary strengths and a shared commitment to excellence,” Galloway President Dave Guetig said.
AWA President Bret Wahlen said joining Galloway would strengthen the company’s ability to serve clients and invest in employees.
The acquisition is part of Galloway’s growth strategy with ARA Services Partners and Kelso & Co. Financial terms were not disclosed.
