Fort Collins-based property management software company TurboTenant has acquired TenantCloud, expanding its services for independent landlords nationwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The companies’ combined platform will offer property listings, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, accounting, tenant placement and managed services. TurboTenant serves more than 1 million landlords.
“By joining forces, we’re accelerating that mission and creating the future of property management,” TurboTenant CEO Seamus Nally said.
TenantCloud, founded in 2016, provides software for landlords, property managers and property owners. Its platform includes tools for rent collection, maintenance, leasing, accounting and rental operations.
The deal follows TurboTenant’s acquisitions of REI Hub, which provides rental property accounting software, and Azibo, a financial services and accounting platform for rental properties.
