Westwood apartment building in Denver sells for $1.28 million

DENVER — An 11-unit apartment building in Denver’s Westwood neighborhood sold Aug. 3 for $1.275 million.
The 5,613-square-foot property at 3552 Morrison Road sold for $115,909 per unit and $227.15 per square foot.
Andrew Vollert, a broker with Denver-based Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller. The buyer and seller were not identified.
“The property attracted strong interest due to its accessible location, operating performance and recent capital improvements,” Vollert said.
The building is located along the Morrison Road corridor and includes an interior hallway and shared backyard. According to Vollert, rents were at or near market rates at the time of the sale.
