Denver-based Sola Salons has appointed Elliot Baldini as chief operating officer.
Baldini has experience working with consumer businesses and multiunit franchise systems in the education, health and wellness industries. He will focus on increasing occupancy and supporting Sola’s franchise partners.
“I look forward to driving increased occupancy, strengthening support for our franchise partners and advancing Sola’s mission to empower independent beauty and wellness professionals,” Baldini said.
Sola operates more than 750 locations serving over 21,000 beauty and wellness professionals across North America. The salon studio company recently opened its largest location, which has more than 100 suites.
Sola also provided more than $50,000 in scholarships and grants to beauty industry professionals over the past year. The company marked its 22nd anniversary in 2026.
