Erin Fletter is a champion for children’s nutrition and a pioneer in culinary education whose leadership is changing lives in Colorado and beyond. As founder, CEO and Food-Geek-in-Chief of Sticky Fingers Cooking, Erin has taught more than 200,000 children in over 80,000 classes how to cook, explore global cuisines and understand nutrition through thousands of original recipes. She is also co-owner of Denver’s Barolo Grill and balances her passion for food with a mission to empower future entrepreneurs.
When schools shut down during the pandemic, Erin pivoted her business online, published five cookbooks and expanded her vision through franchising. By 2023, she welcomed her first franchise owner and now leads a network of nine franchise owners in 13 locations nationwide. Her innovative model uses The Dash, a proprietary system that streamlines 85 percent of franchise operations, allowing owners to focus on growth and community impact.
In the past year, Erin added four new franchise owners, hosted the first Sticky Fingers Cooking Franchise Owner Summit and was featured in the Denver Post, Allrecipes and on Great Day Colorado. She is an active member of the Colorado chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, Les Dames d’Escoffier International and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
Sticky Fingers Cooking has donated $1.5 million back to schools, given 5,000 scholarships and partnered with libraries and nonprofits to expand access to culinary education. Erin’s mission-driven leadership continues to open doors for women, veterans and people of color, proving that good food and business can build stronger communities.
