DENVER — Denver-based TurboTenant has expanded its Autopilot property management service to Colorado, offering rental property owners a flat-fee management option for residential properties statewide.
The service is designed for independent landlords and provides day-to-day property management for a monthly fee rather than charging a percentage of collected rent.
Autopilot includes rental marketing, professional photography, 3D tours, tenant communication, leasing support, rent collection, maintenance coordination, financial reporting and access to local property managers through TurboTenant’s platform.
“As more independent landlords look for ways to reduce the time and stress of managing rental properties, they shouldn’t have to choose between doing everything themselves or paying costly percentage-based management fees,” said Seamus Nally, CEO of TurboTenant. “We’re excited to bring Autopilot to Colorado.”
TurboTenant said the service is available to landlords across the state, including in Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and other communities.
The Colorado expansion is part of the company’s broader effort to provide property management services for independent landlords through its technology platform and local property management support.
