A former Harley-Davidson dealership in Frederick has sold for $5.75 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
Delkevic US LLC acquired the 25,236-square-foot retail property at 3761 Monarch St. from Wide Open Real Estate LLC. ACES Motorcycles moved its operations from Fort Collins to the property before the sale.
The building includes a retail showroom, service areas and parking. It can accommodate motorcycle and automotive sales, repairs, parts distribution and light industrial operations.
Jared Goodman and Anne Spry of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in partnership with Alex Ringsby of Ringsby Realty. Colt Dimick of RE/MAX provided additional brokerage support.
“The property’s adaptable layout and established location made it an attractive opportunity for a business relocation, particularly for a growing operator like ACES Motorcycles,” Goodman said.
The property provides access to regional highways and communities along northern Colorado’s Interstate 25 corridor.
