COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Oakwood Homes has opened a sales center at Reunion Ridge, a new section of the Reunion master-planned community in Commerce City.
The center, at 10183 Scranton Court, serves buyers interested in four Oakwood home collections in Reunion. Three collections are available in Reunion Ridge:
- American Dream homes start in the mid-$300,000s and range from 1,011 to 1,643 square feet, with two to three bedrooms.
- Coach House homes start in the high $300,000s and range from 1,118 to 2,165 square feet, with two to three bedrooms.
- Porchlight homes start in the mid-$400,000s and range from 1,769 to 2,321 square feet, with three to four bedrooms.
The sales center’s relocation also allowed Oakwood to list seven former model and sales center homes from its Brio Collection. Those homes have up to four bedrooms, three-car garages and nearly 2,800 square feet.
“By moving our sales center to Reunion Ridge, where we are actively building and selling today, we’ve given buyers a convenient place to explore all of the homeownership opportunities available throughout the community,” said Ryan Delp, Oakwood Homes’ Colorado market president.
Reunion includes a 21,000-square-foot recreation center, two outdoor pools, a coffee shop, a 52-acre park, more than 10 miles of trails and more than 150 acres of open space, parks and lakes.
