KB Home has opened Brighton Crossings, a new residential community in Brighton with homes priced from the $460,000s.
The development, at Longs Peak Street and North Golden Eagle Parkway, offers one- and two-story detached homes with up to six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Brighton School District 27J serves the community.
Residents have access to a splash pad, community and fitness center, event space, lounge, pools, parks, sports courts and playgrounds.
The development is near Interstate 76 and E-470, with access to downtown Brighton, Denver-area employment centers and Barr Lake State Park.
“At KB Home, we focus on creating value through competitive, transparent pricing and giving buyers the ability to personalize their home based on what matters most to them,” Kevin McAndrews, president of KB Home’s Colorado division, said.
Buyers can select floor plans, exterior designs, locations within the development and interior features. The homes are designed to receive Energy Star certification and include energy- and water-efficiency features.
The sales office and model home are open for walk-in visits and scheduled tours. Video tours are also available.
