As Director of Enterprise IT Operations and Engineering for Leidos supporting NASA, Halie oversees three mission-critical departments for NASA’s End-user Services and Technologies Program, a multi-billion-dollar effort essential to national space and technology operations. Her sharp focus on innovation and efficiency has saved millions while aligning teams to deliver exceptional results.
Beyond NASA, Halie is the founder and CEO of RISE Executive Coaching, a thriving company that empowers professionals and veterans through leadership development and mindset coaching. In its first year, RISE earned Best of the Springs in Human Resources and in its second year, it tripled its revenue while becoming a finalist in two categories for 2025. Clients praise Halie’s ability to bring clarity and action to their careers, reflected in dozens of five-star reviews.
A disabled Army veteran with two deployments, Halie actively serves her community through board leadership with the Colorado Springs ISSA chapter and the Colorado Springs Health & Fitness Expo. She organizes free mentorship mixers, expert panels and mental health advocacy initiatives to uplift others.
In the past year, she led free workshops for PMI, ISSA and CABMET, mentored veterans through career transitions and inspired the local cybersecurity community as master of ceremonies for major industry events.
