Highline Vista Apartments planned in Littleton

A 172-unit apartment project is moving forward in Littleton after closed financing for , a four-story development near the and .

The project will be built at 16 W. Dry Creek Circle, about 14 miles south of downtown Denver and near downtown Littleton and the Denver Tech Center.

“Highline Vista reflects our strategy of investing in supply constrained submarkets with strong employment fundamentals and a high quality of life,” said Tyler Erickson, managing director at Vista Residential Partners.

The development will include three residential buildings on about 5.6 acres. Planned amenities include a clubhouse with fitness and business centers, a pool, outdoor pavilions and a community park. Units will include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings and in-unit washers and dryers.

The project will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with an average size of about 899 square feet.

Rosemann Architects is designing the project and Apex Multifamily Construction will serve as general contractor.

“Highline Vista is designed to complement the character of Littleton while delivering a modern living experience,” said Scott Henley, CEO of Vista Residential Partners.

Construction is expected to begin in August 2026, with initial units expected in mid-2027 and full completion targeted for late 2027.

Vista Residential Partners is an Atlanta-based multifamily developer.
