Luxury real estate brand opens in northern Colorado Springs

Engel & Völkers has announced the opening of a new shop location in the northern region of Colorado Springs.
License partner Travis Turner will lead Engel & Völkers Pikes Peak with a team of 33 real estate advisors and five managing brokers working together with a particular focus on the luxury sector.
“The Pikes Peak region of Colorado has consistently ranked among the most desirable places to live in the U.S., with a dynamic real estate market fueled by strong demand and steady growth,” said Stuart Siegel, president and CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas, in a news release. “Travis and his team have a wealth of industry experience and well-honed local expertise in this community, and now brings the elevated client experience synonymous with Engel & Völkers to the area.”
Engel & Völkers Pikes Peak services homebuyers and sellers in a region known for its wide array of luxury properties, encompassing sprawling estates with mountain views to custom-built homes in exclusive communities, as well as modern downtown condos and homes in family-friendly suburban neighborhoods.
