Ironwood Shops, a 17,493-square-foot retail center in Johnstown, has been sold to a private investor, according to Marcus & Millichap. The sale price was not disclosed.
The property at 4848 Larimer Parkway was built in 2020 on 2.37 acres. It has eight suites occupied by health care and service businesses.
Ryan Bowlby and Drew Isaac of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office represented the seller, a local private investor, and secured the buyer.
“Northern Colorado’s population growth, expanding retail corridor and continued mixed-use development make health care-anchored retail assets like Ironwood Shops attractive to investors,” Bowlby said.
