Mesa West Capital provided an $81 million short-term, first-mortgage loan to refinance Atlas Peakview, a 330-unit apartment community in Centennial.
The loan was provided to a joint venture between The Dinerstein Companies and PGIM. Walker & Dunlop arranged the financing.
Completed in 2025, Atlas Peakview is located at 7800 E. Peakview Ave. near Interstate 25 and the Denver Tech Center. The property includes studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as a limited number of two- and three-bedroom townhomes.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, coworking space, lounges, bicycle storage and a pet-wash station.
“The property has experienced strong lease-up, quickly reaching 85% occupancy since opening in the second quarter of last year,” said Brian Hirsh, head of Mesa West Capital’s Central Region.
Mesa West said it funded about $800 million in short-term, first-mortgage debt for multifamily acquisitions and refinancings nationwide during the first half of 2026.
