Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $30.3 million sale of three retail properties in the Denver metro area, the firm announced July 16.
The portfolio includes the 56,000-square-foot Cottonwood Square in Parker, the 26,000-square-foot Bristol Pointe in Aurora and the 28,000-square-foot Foothill Green in Littleton.
CentrePoint Properties acquired the portfolio from Western Centers Inc. Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
Craig Branton and Mickey Moran of Greystone worked with Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver debt team to arrange acquisition financing for the properties.
Hendrickson said investor demand remains strong for multitenant neighborhood retail centers, many of which offer opportunities for improvements or repositioning.
Cottonwood Square is north of E-470 and Parker Road next to King Soopers. Bristol Pointe includes service and restaurant tenants and is near Buckley Space Force Base. Foothill Green is an unanchored neighborhood retail center.
