Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $30.3 million sale of three retail properties in the , the firm announced July 16.

The portfolio includes the 56,000-square-foot in Parker, the 26,000-square-foot in Aurora and the 28,000-square-foot in Littleton.

CentrePoint Properties acquired the portfolio from Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

Craig Branton and Mickey Moran of Greystone worked with Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver debt team to arrange financing for the properties.

Hendrickson said investor demand remains strong for multitenant neighborhood retail centers, many of which offer opportunities for improvements or repositioning.

Cottonwood Square is north of E-470 and Parker Road next to King Soopers. Bristol Pointe includes service and restaurant tenants and is near Buckley Space Force Base. Foothill Green is an unanchored neighborhood retail center.
