Mission Wealth merges with Boulder firm Diversified Asset Management

DENVER — Mission Wealth Management has merged with Diversified Asset Management, a Boulder wealth management firm founded by Robert J. Pyle.

Pyle, who has decades of experience in financial planning and investment management, will join Mission Wealth as the firm’s 56th equity partner. His son, Matthew Pyle, will also join the firm as a wealth advisor associate.
The merger expands Mission Wealth’s footprint in Colorado and marks the company’s fifth merger of 2025. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Advice Dynamics Partners served as merger and acquisition advisor to Diversified Asset Management, and Katz Teller provided legal counsel.
Mission Wealth said the merger will enhance its services for business owners and professionals, adding to its existing national platform.
