COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Prime IV Hydration & Wellness ranked No. 809 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, the company announced Aug. 13.
The Colorado Springs-based IV therapy franchise reported 426% revenue growth over three years. It is the company’s third consecutive appearance on the annual list.
“Our continued growth reflects increasing demand for proactive wellness services,” founder and CEO Amy Neary said.
Prime IV has locations in more than 200 communities. The company offers IV therapy, micronutrient injections and other wellness services through its franchise network.
Companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 recorded median three-year revenue growth of 130% and added more than 627,000 jobs, according to Inc. The top 500 companies will appear in the fall issue of Inc. magazine.
