ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — ALTRES, a Honolulu-based payroll, human resources and staffing company, acquired Englewood-based OnePoint HRO in January, the companies announced.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1999, OnePoint provides payroll, human resources and benefits administration services to employers in Colorado. All 20 OnePoint employees will remain with the company following the acquisition.
The deal gives OnePoint clients access to additional services, including staffing, payroll processing, benefits administration and ALTRES’ human resources information system, HR Symphony.
“We’ve acquired a very solid organization with a stellar reputation in their region,” ALTRES President and CEO Barron Guss said. “Over the past several months, we’ve worked on integrating our systems and aligning our teams and processes.”
ALTRES was founded in Honolulu in 1969. The company provides staffing, recruiting, outsourced human resources, payroll processing, employee benefits support, workers’ compensation coordination, risk management and compliance guidance.
Patsy Johansson, director of operations at OnePoint HRO, said the companies share an emphasis on client relationships and service.
