ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Kodiak Interiors Group has acquired Mountain Land Design, a family-owned appliance, plumbing and hardware business serving Utah, Wyoming and Idaho.
Mountain Land Design will retain its brand, leadership and existing customer relationships. The company will gain access to Kodiak’s operational resources and collaborate with other businesses in the group.
“Kodiak Interiors Group gives us the ability to continue to grow into new markets without losing what makes us who we are,” Mountain Land Design President Dan Devenport said.
Founded in 1987, Mountain Land Design serves customers, contractors and manufacturer partners. The company said the acquisition is not expected to significantly affect its daily operations.
Englewood-based Kodiak Interiors Group now has six operating companies serving customers across nine states. The acquisition expands its presence in the Mountain West, adding to existing operations in Colorado and the Pacific Northwest.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
