LONGMONT, Colo. — An eight-unit apartment building at 1637 Kimbark St. in Longmont has sold for $1.09 million, according to Denver-based Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate.
The multifamily property closed June 26 at an average price of $136,250 per unit, or $235.78 per square foot.
Kaufman Hagan broker Ryan Floyd represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
The property includes eight one-bedroom, one-bathroom units in a 4,623-square-foot building. According to the brokerage, the building has been renovated and includes a new roof, new chiller and updated common areas.
“1637 Kimbark is exactly the kind of turn-key asset investors are looking for right now,” Floyd said. “The buyer is stepping into a stabilized property just five minutes from downtown Longmont, and the seller achieved a clean, efficient close.”
