, Colo. — Children’s Hospital Colorado has signed a multiyear agreement with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment to become the exclusive children’s hospital partner of the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets and Colorado Mammoth.

The partnership will begin with the 2026-27 season and include , health education, game-day activities and player and mascot visits to hospital locations.

Children’s Colorado specialists in sports medicine, mental health and nutrition will work with athletes, coaches and caregivers in youth programs affiliated with the Avalanche and Nuggets. The organizations also plan to offer basketball camps, clinics and a youth hockey day.

“This partnership helps us continue to create moments that matter, both inside and outside the hospital,” Children’s Colorado President and CEO said.

The hospital will support programs for children attending their first game at and programs that provide selected children with tickets, tours and player meetings.

Avalanche activities will include game-day roles for patients during and an opportunity to skate at Ball Arena. Children’s Colorado will become the official partner of Nuggets mascot Rocky, whose uniform will feature a hospital patch. The Mammoth partnership will include trading cards and an opportunity for patients and hospital employees to play on the team’s floor.

The agreement expands a relationship between Children’s Colorado and the Avalanche that has included annual team hospital visits for about 30 years. Financial terms were not disclosed.
