DENVER — has launched a nationwide frozen dumpling brand, bringing its Denver-based soup dumplings to consumers through a new line called .

The company said the frozen dumplings are produced in Denver after Bao Brewhouse sold more than 1 million dumplings during its five years of operation.

Founder Michael Swift said the restaurant’s dumplings were the most requested item and presented an opportunity to expand beyond in-person dining.

To support the expansion, Swift partnered with entrepreneur Shawn Sabo, who now serves as chief executive officer of Dump’d Dumplings.

The frozen dumplings are manufactured in Denver using automated equipment and finished by hand, according to the company. The products are made with meat and vegetable fillings and distributed through a direct-to-consumer model.

The initial product lineup includes eight varieties:

  • Kobe beef
  • Cheeseburger
  • Pork soup dumpling
  • Philly cheesesteak
  • Buffalo garlic chicken
  • Chicken lemongrass
  • Mushroom
  • Spicy pork

The company said the dumplings are flash frozen and shipped to customers nationwide, with delivery available across the lower 48 states. Dump’d Dumplings is selling the products through its website, with bags starting at $39.99 or about $4 per serving.
