Denver-based Flexential has secured an $800 million credit facility to fund more than 130 megawatts of in Colorado, Georgia and Oregon.

Projects under construction include a 22.5-megawatt facility in Parker, a 36-megawatt facility in , Georgia, and a 36-megawatt facility in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The company also plans another 36-megawatt facility in Hillsboro and a 4.5-megawatt expansion near its existing operations in Norcross, Georgia. The projects are intended to serve demand from businesses and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

“Our customers are planning years in advance, and they need confidence that the capacity, density and connectivity they’ll need will be there when they’re ready,” Flexential CEO Ryan Mallory said.

The company increased the financing by 60% from an initial target of $500 million after demand exceeded the amount offered, according to the company. An 11-bank group provided the credit facility, supplemented by investments from Flexential’s equity sponsors, and MSIP.

TD Securities served as administrative agent, joint coordinating lead arranger and joint bookrunner. RBC Capital Markets and also served as coordinating lead arrangers and bookrunners. Other participating financial institutions included Goldman Sachs, ING, SMBC, Bank of America, KeyBanc, Flagstar, Citibank and Investec.
