Gypsum Hotel Partners plans dual-brand Hilton near Eagle County Airport

GYPSUM, Colo. — Gypsum Hotel Partners plans to break ground on a 140-room dual-brand Hilton hotel near , with construction expected to be completed in early 2028.

The hotel, at 135 Lindbergh Drive in the Airport Gateway Business Center, will include a Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and a by Hilton. Crestline Hotels and Resorts will operate the property.

The development will include two meeting rooms totaling about 1,100 square feet, an indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor deck with fire pits and complimentary breakfast. The Hampton Inn will feature 62 rooms, including 22 king suites, while the Home2 Suites will offer 78 extended-stay rooms with full kitchens.

The project is being developed by Chris Manley and Bryan Desmond, with financing from FirstBank, now part of PNC. Denver-based ArrowMark Partners is providing project capital.

“We are thrilled to announce one of the first new hotels down valley in more than 25 years,” Manley said. “The immediate proximity to I-70, the Eagle River and the Eagle County Regional Airport will provide guests with adjacent access to the hiking, biking, fishing, golfing and hunting that makes down valley such a popular destination.”
