DENVER — Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has hired Meshach Rhoades as a partner in its Denver litigation practice.
Rhoades represents companies in class actions, commercial disputes, investigations and regulatory matters. Her clients span health care, consumer products, food and beverage, technology, telecommunications, sports and financial services.
“What drew me to Hogan Lovells Cadwalader was a culture that values collaboration, supports its people and is focused on client success,” Rhoades said.
She is the first lateral partner hired by the firm’s Americas litigation practice since Hogan Lovells and Cadwalader combined.
Rhoades previously served as president of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association and national finance director of the Hispanic National Bar Association. She also co-founded the Latinas First Foundation, which has awarded more than 350 scholarships to students pursuing higher education.
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader’s Denver office advises clients in aerospace, construction, energy, entertainment, life sciences, technology, real estate and sports.
